This year, Casey Lynn Lawrence, is growing potatoes for the very first time. Instead of a Lesson, this video is more of a documentation. Will she succeed or fail at growing potatoes? I guess we’ll see at the end of the season! Casey starts off cutting her potatoes and then letting them sit for a couple days. Then she plants them, but she plants them a lot closer since she is planting in raised beds. As the season goes on, she will continue to mound around her potatoes.
