This year, Casey Lynn Lawrence, is growing potatoes for the very first time. Instead of a Lesson, this video is more of a documentation. Will she succeed or fail at growing potatoes? I guess we’ll see at the end of the season! Casey starts off cutting her potatoes and then letting them sit for a couple days. Then she plants them, but she plants them a lot closer since she is planting in raised beds. As the season goes on, she will continue to mound around her potatoes. She’s excited to find out what’s below the soil at around 65 days!
